MOBILE APP PRIVACY POLICY (OrderEntry)

Ginmar S.rl. respects the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION. We do not collect information about users in any way. Access to the app is permitted exclusively to registered users who have complied with the privacy requirements imposed by our company (completion of the data processing authorization form). The information that can be managed by the APP (although not collected with it, as per the previous paragraph) includes: Personal data, payment methods and terms, products ordered and personally identifiable information (such as the user id and email required for login)

Financial data: Not applicable for the apps in question. No payment is required to use or download features of this Application. Financial information, such as payment method data, is for this application dependent on the agreements between the user and the company and has been defined a priori, i.e. not through the use of this app. No form of payment by credit card or electronic instrument is managed by this APP

Authorizations and social network integrations: The app does not use data integration with social networks either for login purposes or for one-way publication on social networks.

Geolocation: Not applicable as the app in question does not use information obtained through geolocation of the device on which it is installed. However, if you wish to verify or modify our access or our permissions, you can do so in your device settings.

Mobile Device Access: The App may require access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including checking the free storage space on your mobile device. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device settings. However, no data is collected from your mobile device. We may request to send you push notifications related to the App. If you wish to opt out of receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device settings.

Third Party Data: Not applicable to the app in question. We do not collect or disclose Information from third parties, such as personal information Personal and other information that you may provide by using the app. (e.g. type of items purchased, frequency of use, etc.)

Marketing communications: The sending of marketing communications does not depend on the use of this app but on the consent provided by the user through specific documentation prepared by the company and signed by the customer during the data collection phase for inclusion in the customer database. However, acceptance of marketing communications is not essential for the processing of data for contractual purposes and order completion.

TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES Cookies: We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels and other tracking technologies on the Application to personalize the Application and improve your experience only in those parts of the application that connect to browsers to display web information. When you access the Application, your personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can remove or reject cookies, but please note that doing so may affect the availability and functionality of the Application.

Right to be forgotten: You may at any time review or change the information in your account or close your account by contacting the company where you activated it. As better specified in the company privacy policy, upon your request to close your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases.
